Gradient Bridge, LLC (“Gradient Bridge,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a data and artificial intelligence consultancy that helps organizations transform unstructured data into AI-ready information. We understand that privacy is foundational to the trust our clients place in us, and we are committed to handling information responsibly and transparently.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information collected through our website, gradientbridge.ai (the “Site”), and through communications you send to us. This Privacy Policy applies only to the Site and direct communications with Gradient Bridge. Services provided to clients under engagement agreements, statements of work, or business associate agreements are governed by those separate agreements and are not covered by this Privacy Policy.
By using the Site, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
1. Information We Collect
Information You Provide Directly
We may collect information you voluntarily provide to us, such as when you:
- contact us by email
- submit a contact or inquiry form
- schedule a consultation through our scheduling platform (currently Calendly)
- request information about our services
This information may include your name, email address, company name, job title, phone number, industry, and any other information you choose to include in your message or form submission.
Information Collected Automatically
When you visit the Site, we may automatically collect certain information about your device and use of the Site, including:
- IP address (which may be anonymized or truncated depending on the analytics provider)

- referring website or source
- pages viewed and interactions with Site content
- dates, times, and duration of visits

Google Analytics uses cookies to collect information such as your IP address (which may be anonymized), browser type, pages visited, time spent on pages, and traffic sources. Google may also use this data in accordance with its own privacy policy. Calendly. We use Calendly to manage consultation scheduling. When you book a consultation, Calendly may collect information you provide in the scheduling form, including your name, email address, and responses to intake questions. Calendly's use of your information is subject to Calendly's own privacy policy, available at calendly.com/privacy.
Future Analytics and Marketing Tools. We may in the future use additional tools for purposes such as email marketing (e.g., Mailchimp, ConvertKit), customer relationship management (e.g., HubSpot), heatmapping and session recording (e.g., Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity), or advertising measurement. If we add tools that materially change how we collect or process personal information, we will update this Privacy Policy accordingly.
Your Cookie Choices. You can usually control or disable cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies, set preferences for specific websites, or browse in a private or incognito mode. Disabling cookies may affect certain Site functionality. Where required by applicable law, we will obtain your consent before placing non-essential cookies.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
We may share information in the following limited circumstances:

We may share information with vendors and service providers that help us operate the Site or our business, including providers of hosting, analytics, scheduling, email, and communications services. These providers are authorized to use your information only as necessary to provide services to us.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to:

- fulfill our business and operational needs
- comply with legal, accounting, or tax obligations
- resolve disputes and enforce our agreements
Automatically collected usage and analytics data is retained in accordance with the settings and retention practices of the relevant analytics or service providers. For Google Analytics, the default data retention period is 14 months, which may be adjusted. Vercel Analytics data is retained in accordance with Vercel's data retention practices. We periodically review retained data and delete information that is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.
6. Data Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect the information we collect from unauthorized access, use, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include the use of encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), access controls, secure hosting infrastructure, and authentication protocols for our email systems (SPF, DKIM, and DMARC).
However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Artificial Intelligence and Automated Processing
Gradient Bridge provides AI and data consulting services to its clients. However, information collected through this Site is not processed by artificial intelligence systems, used to train machine learning models, or subjected to automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
Client engagements involving AI tools, data processing, or automated systems are governed by separate agreements between Gradient Bridge and the client, which address data handling, security, and compliance requirements specific to each engagement.
8. Your Rights and Choices
You may choose not to provide certain information to us, but doing so may limit your ability to contact us, schedule a consultation, or use certain features of the Site.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- access the personal information we hold about you
- request correction of inaccurate personal information
- request deletion of your personal information
- object to or restrict certain processing of your personal information
- withdraw consent where processing is based on consent

In the preceding 12 months, we may have collected the following categories of personal information: identifiers (such as name and email address), internet or electronic network activity information (such as browsing history and interactions with the Site), and professional or employment-related information (such as company name and job title).
Sources of personal information. We collect personal information directly from you (such as when you contact us or schedule a consultation) and automatically through your use of the Site (such as through cookies and analytics tools).
Business or commercial purposes for collection. We collect personal information for the purposes described in Section 2 of this Privacy Policy, including responding to inquiries, operating and improving the Site, and ensuring Site security.

Gradient Bridge is based in the United States, and information collected through the Site is processed and stored in the United States. 11. Healthcare and Regulated Industry Clients
Gradient Bridge serves clients in healthcare, life sciences, legal, and other regulated industries. This Privacy Policy governs only the information collected through the Site and direct communications with Gradient Bridge.
Information provided by clients in the course of a consulting engagement — including any protected health information (PHI) as defined under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), confidential legal materials, or other regulated data — is governed by the terms of the applicable engagement agreement, business associate agreement (BAA), or other contractual arrangements between Gradient Bridge and the client.

13. Children's Privacy
The Site is not directed to individuals under the age of 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 16.
